We want you to be completely satisfied with EvalShare. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for our subscription services.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Premium and Lifetime subscriptions.
Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Subscription must not have been extensively used (downloading more than 10 resumes)
- Refund request must come from the account holder
What's Covered
- Premium Monthly: Full refund within 7 days
- Premium Annual: Full refund within 7 days
- Lifetime: Full refund within 7 days
What's Not Covered
- Free plan subscriptions
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase date
- Gift subscriptions (the gift recipient cannot request refunds)
- Renewal charges (see Cancellation Policy below)
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
Method 1: Email (Recommended)
- Send an email to pr@evalshare.com
- Include your account email and order number
- Briefly state your reason for the refund (optional)
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
Method 2: Account Dashboard
- Log in to your EvalShare account
- Go to "Billing & Subscription"
- Click "Request Refund"
- Complete the refund request form
Information Needed
When requesting a refund, please provide:
- Account email address
- Order/transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
Processing Timeline
- Approval: 24-48 hours after request
- Credit Card: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 24-48 hours after approval
- Other Payment Methods: 5-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
4. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your EvalShare account
- Go to "Billing & Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the cancellation prompts
After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for future billing cycles
- You can continue using premium features until the period ends
- Your resumes and data are saved for 90 days after cancellation
No Refunds for Partial Periods
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period. However, you will retain access until the period ends.
5. Subscription Changes
Downgrading
You can downgrade from Premium to Free at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upgrading
When upgrading from Free to Premium, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Plan Switching
Switching between Monthly and Annual plans:
- Monthly to Annual: You'll be charged for the annual plan immediately
- Annual to Monthly: Change takes effect at next renewal date
6. Exceptions
Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, contact support. We may offer:
- Service credits for downtime
- Extended subscription period
- Full refund if issues cannot be resolved
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, unauthorized charge), contact us immediately at pr@evalshare.com. We will investigate and refund any erroneous charges.
Death or Incapacity
In cases of death or severe incapacity of the account holder, we will provide a full refund upon presentation of appropriate documentation.
